Meet Trudi

Trudi Lee has been selling and listing real estate in the North Tahoe area for over 20 years. Her real estate philosophy maintains a meticulous attention to the needs of her clients.

From her office  in Tahoe City, Trudi offers complete real estate services that embody the spirit of Tahoe with a modern twist.

No two homes are alike at Tahoe. Each home has its unique aspects and each location is different, explains Trudi. That’s part of the challenge, but also why I love my work. Real estate is a high touch business. Most of our homebuyers do their initial searches in the internet, but will soon need a local realtor’s expertise to complete their searches and negotiations and finally bring the transaction to a close. When purchasing a home from Trudi, she will explain to her buyer, all the positives and negatives of a property as if she, herself were the buyer.

Trudi has lived in the North Tahoe area since 1973. Her three children are grown, so she devotes much of her time to her business. When she is not working, Trudi enjoys the year round recreation that is abundant at Tahoe. Her summer activities include golfing, hiking and boating. Winter is Trudi’s favorite season. She has been a Squaw Valley season pass holder for over 25 years. Trudi also enjoys spending time with her grandson, Landon.
